(P&GJ) — Antin Infrastructure Partners has acquired Sapphire Gas Solutions from funds managed by Apollo, expanding its footprint in U.S. natural gas infrastructure. Sapphire, based in Conroe, Texas, provides compressed and liquefied natural gas services, including compression, liquefaction, transportation and storage. The company operates across 30 states and serves industrial, utility and renewable natural gas customers.
