NAVASOTA, Texas — The Grimes County Sheriff’s Office arrested Roberty Lowery for illegal dumping activity on County Road 414 in Navasota, the office announced Thursday. According to the sheriff’s office, investigators arrested Lowery at a residence in Navasota on Friday, May 29 at 8:30 a.m. Police had previously begun an investigation, leading to evidence connecting Lowery with unlawful dumping. Lowery was charged with illegal dumping of material greater than or equal to 500 pounds and less than 1000 pounds, which is a Class A misdemeanor.
