GRIMES COUNTY, Texas (KBTX) – A woman has been arrested after she was allegedly in possession of a prohibited substance/item inside a corrections facility. According to the Grimes County Sheriff’s Office, 34-year-old Enjoli Fowler was booked into the county jail on May 12. The very next day, she bonded out on $10,000.
