HUNTSVILLE — The Como-Pickton Lady Eagles’ softball season came to a disappointing end Saturday, following a 17-3 loss in Game 3 of their Class 2A/D2 State Semifinals series against the Shiner Lady Comanches. Despite playing well early on, the Lady Eagles weren’t able to keep pace with the Lady Comanches, falling one game shy of reaching the State Championship game.
