This afternoon, deputies with Harris County Constable Precinct 4 stopped a vehicle near U.S. 290 and Spring Cypress Road and arrested a man who was wanted on an open felony theft warrant out of Harris County. The constable’s office shared photos from the scene on Facebook and tagged the post as “happening now.”
