GRIMES COUNTY, Texas — A proposed $55 billion SpaceX facility is causing more questions than answers for both residents and commissioners voting on tax abatements. The Houston Business Journal reached out to each of the Grimes County commissioners to discuss the proposed facility, which could even reach $119 billion of investment in future phases, and received little luck.
