A wanted man trying to slip through backyards in Spring on Friday ran into a high-tech wall, as Harris County Precinct 4 deputies teamed a drone with K-9 units to track him down on the 19900 block of Tunham Trail. Deputies say the man, who had an outstanding burglary warrant, tried to stay out of sight by moving between fences, crouching beside air-conditioning units and even hiding under a porch before the canines closed in. After coordinating from the air and on the ground, deputies took him into custody and later released video of the arrest, including the drone’s live feed and the moment the K-9 team closes the distance.
