CONROE, Texas – A three-year-old child died after going missing and then being found in a pond at a Conroe apartment complex Friday. The Conroe Police Department said officers were called about a missing child at approximately 1:15 p.m. to the Lakes of Westview Apartments located at 1900 Westview Blvd.
