POINT BLANK — A culvert replacement project on U.S. 190 between Point Blank and Oakhurst will affect traffic began Monday. This work will require day and night closures of the eastbound lanes of US 190 for one mile east and west of Pinecrest Drive. Traffic control will be present beginning Sunday, April 12.
