An 18-wheeler hauling fuel overturned early Monday on the westbound lanes of the Grand Parkway (State Highway 99) near the San Jacinto River in Montgomery County, spilling fuel and turning the morning rush into a slow, grinding mess. The wreck shut down all westbound main lanes and both shoulders as emergency crews swarmed the scene for rescue, traffic control, and hazmat response.
