The Brenham Cub Baseball Team needed just one more win to clinch a playoff spot and they got it last (Tuesday) night by beating Montgomery on the road 5-2. Luke Hardy went the distance to get the victory on the mound. Over seven innings, he threw 110 pitches, giving up five hits, two runs, only one was earned, three walks, and seven strikeouts.
