On Thursday, January 18th, 2024, the Montgomery County Grand Jury handed down an indictment against Miles Joseph Fridrich, 24, for the first-degree offense of murder. The charges stem from the alleged murder of Dr. Talat Jehan Khan on October 28th, 2023, outside her apartment complex. Dr. Khan, a pediatrician and practicing muslim, was stabbed multiple times at an apartment complex in Conroe, Texas.
