“Arrest Made: Violent Fugitive Darren Spicer Apprehended by Precinct 4 ‘Men in Black'” Darren Spicer, a 29-year-old man from Porter, Texas, was arrested by deputies from Precinct 4 Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden’s office and a local bail fugitive recovery team. Spicer was wanted on a second-degree felony warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, following an assault in late February where he allegedly attacked a man with a baseball bat and a woman with a firearm. Spicer, who had a violent criminal record and had evaded arrest for six months, is currently held without bond in Montgomery County Jail and will face trial in the 9th District Court.
