Montgomery County — The driver of a tractor trailer is dead after colliding with a train in Montgomery County, causing about 15 train cars to derail. Firefighters and law enforcement officers responded to the derailment Monday morning along the Eastex Freeway in the Splendora area, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
