MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas — A 3-month-old boy is safe after being taken after a custody dispute turned deadly in Spring, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. Investigators said the child was taken by his father, 41-year-old Obinna Dwayne Igbokwe, who died after investigators say he shot himself following a short police chase in Ennis, Texas.
