Each day beginning Dec. 13 and ending on Christmas Eve, The Courier will spotlight 12 nonprofit organizations in the community demonstrating that kindness, goodwill and the Christmas Spirit is present everyday of the year through the good works of feet on the ground community residents. Volunteers, monetary donations and word of mouth enable these and many more organizations to carry out their mission. This is the third year of highlighting nonprofits that serve our community and change lives during the 12 Days of Christmas.
