Caney Creek Firefighters, Montgomery County Fire Marshals Office, and ATF are on the scene of what is believed to be an explosive device. Units are at River Plantation and Robert E. Lee. The call first came in as a hazmat call but later developed. The public is asked to stay clear of the area.
