A new front has opened in the legal battle over prayer in Montgomery County Judge Wayne Mack’s courtroom. Mack’s lawyers last week filed an appeal to a federal judge’s decision that prayer by a volunteer chaplain before court proceedings violated the U.S. Constitution’s Establishment Clause against an establishment of religion.
