There will be a gathering tonight at 5 pm at the Veterans Park at I-45 and West Davis to honor the fallen HPD Officer. The flag will be lowered to honor Houston Police Officer Bill Jeffery who was shot and killed this morning as he and his partner served a narcotics warrant near Bush Airport.
