A Deputy with Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constables Office took a report of a stolen 2003 silver BMW convertible just after midnight Thursday. Several hours later a deputy constable spotted a BMW Convertable with the license plate partially covered with a paper plate. He notified other units in the area and kept following the BMW down FM 1314. As they reached Gene Campbell Precinct 4 Deputies along with Montgomery County District 3 Deputies pulled the vehicle over. The plates were not registered. When deputies ran the vehicle identification number it came back to the vehicle that was stolen earlier. Justin Ramage, 40, OF 705 Sadie Lane in Conroe was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. His dog was taken by a friend.
