Toddlers removed from Willis home where drugs were found

Two toddlers were removed from a Willis home after authorities allegedly found a baby sleeping next to methamphetamine. Victoria Lee Mayorga, 32, and Adam Christopher Parker, 39, both of Willis, are charged with endangering or abandoning a child, a state jail felony, according to the constable’s office. Parker is charged with possession of a controlled substance, between 4 and 200 grams, a second-degree felony, according to Montgomery County court records.
