An attempt to locate a possible intoxicated driver came in advising a white van was all over the road and almost caused a head-on collision Saturday night. A DWI unit was able to catch up to the vehicle on Russell Drive. After an investigation, the male driver identified as Juan Carlos Davila-Pichardo, 43, of Punkin Street in New Caney was placed in custody for DWI greater than .15 (almost twice the legal limit)
