Several Montgomery County basketball players were honored for the performances on the court when the All-District 20-5A superlatives and teams were announced last week. Lake Creek’s Hudson Boyd was named the Offensive Player of the Year. Boyd, who recently committed to Southwestern University, averaged 17 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.4 steals per game for the Lions, who reached the area round this season.
