Montgomery County Food Bank along with High Point Church in Splendora hosted a food and water distribution Friday evening. They had enough food and water to distribute to 350 families. Initially, the line was long, but soon those folks had been helped and gone home. There were still items available, and around 6:15 p.m., another surge came through, taking the remaining food and water. Another distribution will be set up Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Dream Center in Splendora.
