Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Troopers responded to a one-vehicle fatality crash on CR 3540 in Plum Grove, Approximately 10:33 a.m.Friday morning a 2013 Harley-Davidson was traveling east on CR 3540 when it left the roadway and struck a concrete culvert. The rider of the Harley-Davidson, 38 -year-old Nikolas Alexander Hay of New Caney, was pronounced deceased on the scene. This is an on-going investigation and there is no additional information available for release at this time.
