Two convicted felons are facing charges related to burglaries targeting bank customers in The Woodlands. Earlier this month, a Montgomery County investigation secured the arrests of Ja Michael Cruse, 27, of Houston, and Khoury Ronaldo Thomas, 29, of Humble. Both are facing charges of vehicle burglary and evading arrest, both Class A misdemeanors, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
