The Montgomery County Choral Society is kicking off 2021 with a reboot of the program as its leaders continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. In December, Bob Horton, coordinator of fine arts for Conroe ISD, was announced as the new artistic director for the Choral Society. Since Horton has come on board, the group has developed a set of health and safety protocols to get the volunteer vocalists singing again even as the pandemic lingers.
