Inman, Porter to face off in runoff for Conroe council seat

Former Willis ISD schoolteacher Kelley Inman and former Councilwoman Marsha Porter will head to a runoff after none of the field of six garnered more than 50 percent of the vote in the race to fill the unexpired term of Councilman Jody Czajkoski who stepped away from his Council Place 5 seat to run for mayor.
