Montgomery County’s COVID cases increase; CDC reduces isolation time

Montgomery County is following many other communities as active COVID-19 cases continue to rise amid the transmission of the omicron variant. The Montgomery County Public Health District confirmed 2,212 new active cases for a total of 4,456. The county’s total case count is now 94,783. The death toll has increased by two to 1,133.
