The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash involving a bicyclist near 22098 Loop 494 in New Caney. According to a preliminary investigation, troopers responded to the scene at about 10:20 a.m. June 4 and found a deceased adult male bicyclist in a ditch along the northbound side of Loop 494.
