JBL Asset Management purchased the 315,708-square-foot Montgomery Plaza at the northwestern corner of Interstate 45 and Loop 336 in Conroe from American National Insurance Co. The Houston Business Journal reports that the Montgomery Plaza was built in 1981 and renovated in 1993. It is more than 94% occupied, with major tenants including Academy Sports + Outdoors, O’Reilly’s Auto, Crunch Fitness, Spec’s Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods, Petco, and Dollar Tree.
