Cleveland Police Department is investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash that occurred late Thursday night on FM 787 east of Tarkington Bayou. At approximately 11:17 p.m. Feb. 19, officers responded to a report of a rollover crash. Upon arrival, they found a blue 2007 Dodge truck in the southeastbound ditch with severe damage.
