Cleveland Police Department is investigating a single-vehicle crash that authorities say is connected to a shooting in Houston. At approximately 3:40 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 15, 2026, officers responded to a motor vehicle accident in the 1600 block of East Houston Street (SH 321). A caller reported that a truck had run into a ditch near Cleveland High School.
