Shea Homes’ active-adult brand, Trilogy, broke ground on the Converde community within Evergreen in Conroe. Lots in the 740-acre gated section of the master-planned community are reserved for residents aged 55 and older. The builder will offer nine single-story floor plans ranging from 1,507 to 2,579 square feet, with pricing expected to start in the low $300,000s.
