Rob Freyer, the assistant district attorney for San Jacinto County, is seeking the 258th State District Court bench, which serves San Jacinto, Trinity, and Polk counties. Freyer earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University in 1992, majoring in history and Spanish. After college, he completed a master of science degree in criminal justice administration at Florida International University, graduating with a 3.98 grade point average. Two weeks after completing that program, he began law school at South Texas College of Law and graduated in December 1996. He has practiced law since that time.
