Montgomery County added four new COVID-19 related deaths Wednesday but recorded another drop in active cases. According to the Montgomery County Public Health District, active cases decreased 472 to 10,831. Hospitalizations also dropped 20 to 295 with 84 of those patients in ICU. Additionally, the county testing positive rate has dropped to 18 percent.
