An east Montgomery County resident registered as a sex offender is now being accused of sexually assaulting a toddler who addressed him as an uncle, public records detail. Brian Seth Mitschke, 26, of Porter, is being charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first-degree felony, according to county court records.
