Dahlia, a 3-year-old spayed female brindle dog weighing 62 lbs, is available for adoption or foster care at the Montgomery County Animal Shelter. A volunteer recently spent a day with her and described her as gentle, playful, and great on a leash. She enjoys walks, water, and playing fetch.
