TOMBALL, Texas — First Community Credit Union is getting a new home — a 20-story office tower in northwest Houston. FCCU, one of Houston’s largest credit unions, bought the former Noble Energy Center Two building in the Vintage Park/Tomball area less than three years after it last traded hands. The 470,623-rentable-square-foot building at 1002 Noble Energy Way will become the credit union’s new headquarters. FCCU is currently based at 15260 FM 529, about 12 miles away near Highway 6 in northwest Houston.
