Texas Crawfish Co. plans to open a brick-and-mortar spot by mid-March at 17506 FM 1314, shifting the Houston-area boil operation from trucks and wholesale work into a permanent storefront. On the menu: boiled crawfish, shrimp, snow crab legs, and the usual boil fixings like corn, potatoes, and sausage. The timing lines up neatly with the start of peak crawfish season, when pots bubble over, and parking lots tend to fill up fast.
