COLDSPRING, Texas — A routine traffic stop in the Coldspring area resulted in multiple charges for a driver, according to the San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Office. San Jacinto County night shift patrol deputies observed a vehicle exceeding the speed limit by over 20 miles per hour on FM 156, prompting them to initiate a traffic stop. The driver, identified as Debra Soto, was found to be operating the vehicle with a suspended license. Soto was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the San Jacinto County Jail.
