MAGNOLIA, Texas – (Realty News Report) – Home sales are underway in Wildtree, a 430-acre community planned for 1,000 homes in a growing region of Magnolia. The west Montgomery County development is the fourth community in the Houston area by Shea Homes, a Walnut, Calif.-based developer and homebuilder. Wildtree is about 50 miles northwest of downtown Houston.
