SHEPHERD, Texas – San Jacinto County deputies have arrested three individuals in the Shepherd area following an investigation into the whereabouts of Anthony Moss. Adrianne Clark and Edward Moss were also taken into custody, according to the San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Office. Anthony Moss, who had two warrants for evading arrest and failing to identify as a fugitive from justice, was the primary target of the operation. Adrianne Clark, identified as his girlfriend, faces charges of hindering apprehension of a wanted fugitive, assault on a police officer, and resisting arrest. Edward Moss is charged with hindering apprehension of a wanted fugitive. Sheriff Sam Houston emphasized the risks involved in obstructing justice, stating, “Hindering the apprehension of a wanted fugitive puts deputies and the public at risk. When individuals choose to interfere with lawful arrests, they are making a serious decision that carries real consequences.” All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
