ROMAN FOREST, Texas – A Conroe man has been arrested for felony illegal dumping after an investigation by the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office. Travis Dando, a 28-year-old from Conroe, Texas, was taken into custody following a complaint on Appian Way in Roman Forest. The arrest was made by the Nuisance Abatement Deputy assigned to Commissioner Matt Gray, according to a press release from the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office. Dando had previously been warned and had picked up trash he dumped last year, but reportedly did not heed the lesson.
