HOUSTON, Texas – A routine traffic stop in Harris County led to the arrest of a wanted fugitive on January 18, 2026. Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office discovered the driver, who initially provided false identification, was Byrione Wright. Wright, who had an open felony warrant for larceny out of Montgomery County, was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. She was charged with Failure to ID – Fugitive, and her bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 8, according to Constable Mark Herman.
