Knife River Corp. acquired the assets of Texcrete. Based in the Bryan and College Station market in Texas, Texcrete has six ready-mixed concrete plants and 85 ready-mix trucks serving Brazos and Montgomery counties. Texcrete also operates a sand and gravel site that adds more than 20 years of aggregate reserves in the local market, according to Knife River.
