James Holian, a community leader in Montgomery County, Texas, has announced his candidacy for Municipal Judge in Conroe. Holian previously worked for Congressman Dan Crenshaw and is now the director of the Kevin Brady Community Center. He made his announcement on social media on Tuesday night. The current Municipal Judge, William Waggoner, plans to run for Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace, a position held by Wayne Mack. Mack is running for County Judge against Mark Keough. These decisions are leading to several changes in local government roles.
