Angel Reach, the Montgomery County nonprofit focused on meeting the needs of youth who have aged out of the foster care system and those living with relatives in kinship homes, was recently awarded a grant from the Montgomery County Community Foundation. The funds will go towards programming that promotes healthy lifestyle choices such as individualized nutrition coaching, hands-on cooking classes, on-site yoga instruction and gym memberships.
