MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas (KBTX) – One man has been arrested as the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating the death of a child. On April 14, 2024, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services concerning a severely injured 3-month-old child admitted to a local hospital.
