MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX — On Wednesday August 4th, 2021, Montgomery County Animal Services (‘MCAS’) responded to a follow up call regarding numerous animals on a property in Porter, Texas. In the initial report a citizen was reporting multiple dogs, cats and raccoons at the location and was concerned about their welfare. Upon investigation, the Animal Control Officer who responded with Montgomery County Precinct Two Constables found there was a foul odor coming from the home with numerous animals on property living in deplorable conditions.
